Sharing our hope in Jesus Christ through acceptance, love, and care.
The Bible is our all-sufficient rule for faith and practice.
The Scriptures, both the Old and New Testaments, are verbally inspired of God and are the revelation of God to man, the infallible, authoritative rule of faith and conduct. (2 Timothy 3:15-16: 1 Thessalonians 2:13; 2 Peter 1:21).
In one God, eternally existent in three persons: Father, Son, and Holy Spirit. (commonly known as the Trinity) (Deuteronomy 6:4; Matthew 28:19; Mark 12:29).
In the virgin birth of Christ, his sinless life, his miracles, his vicarious, atoning death, his bodily resurrection from the dead, and ascension and his exaltation to the right hand of God (Isaiah 7:14; Romans 8:34; Acts 1:10).
The ordinance of baptism by immersion is commanded by the Scriptures. All who repent and believe on Christ as Saviour and Lord are to be baptized. Thus they declare to the world that they have died with Christ and that they also have been raised with Him to walk in newness of life.
Man's only hope of redemption is through the shed blood of Jesus Christ the Son of God. (1 John 5:10; Romans 10:13-15).
In divine healing through the redemptive work of Christ on the cross (Isaiah 53:4; Matthew 8:16-17; James 5:13-14).
In the baptism with the Holy Spirit with the initial evidence of speaking in other tongues (Acts 2:4; 10:44-46; 19:6).
In the sanctifying power of the Holy Spirit which enables a believer to live a holy life (Hebrews 12:14; 1 Peter 1:15-16).
The resurrection of those who have fallen asleep in Christ and their translation together with those who are alive and remain unto the coming of the Lord is the imminent and blessed hope of the church. (1 Thessalonians 4:16,17; Romans 8:23; Titus 2:13; 1 Corinthians 15:51,52)
In the second coming of Jesus Christ (Acts 24:15; Luke 14:14; Revelation 19:7-9).
